Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding proteins (PEBPs) are an important gene family with highly conserved protein sequences represented in three taxonomic divisions. In plants, PEBP genes actors the regulation of flowering time, plant architecture and seed dormancy. Despite this, have not been genome-wide identified systematically analyzed tomato. this study, tomato, one economically Solanum species, was comprehensively characterized by bioinformatics tools. Here, 12 were identified, which classified into four clades based on their phylogenetic relationships presence structurally domain/motif. addition, structure, promoter regions, digital expression levels these determined. Digital profiling SlPEBP transcripts revealed most developmental anatomical tissues. These results will provide further functional evolutionary characterization
